Founded in 2013, L&F Investor Services has always focused on immigrant entrepreneurs. We began with E-2 investor visas. Since 2019, we have also built a large entrepreneurial EB-2 NIW practice. Both paths are open.


We are not a law firm. We develop the business strategy, organize the supporting materials, and coordinate the work so that when the file reaches independent counsel, it is complete and ready for that firm to write and file.


Our team has coordinated more than 400 entrepreneurial EB-2 NIW cases since 2019. For clients who completed our full Flagship program, I-140 approval (after a possible second filing) has remained very high.
