EB-2 NIW Services
L&F Investor Services develops the business strategy and organizes the NIW file. For NIW, we do not write or file the petition - that is the role of independent immigration counsel. We present the work so counsel can take over cleanly.
When It Makes Sense
The EB-2 NIW pathway can fit entrepreneurs whose work has substantial merit and national importance. It is often considered by current E-2 investors who have already built a U.S. business.
Files approved in 2021–2023 were decided under a different reading of the same framework. Please keep in mind that past results are not a forecast.

Standard Flagship: 5-Step Process
Our core package. Twelve structured video conference sessions. Typical document preparation window: two to four months.
We coordinate incorporation of the NIW company, write a business plan, trademark the brand, and build a professional website for the new venture.
You receive: a complete, strategically organized file for independent counsel to write and file.
Step 1: Discovery & Strategy Session
Map qualifications, business impact, and the strongest entrepreneurial NIW narrative.
Step 2: Venture Foundation & Documentation
Company incorporation, business plan, trademark, and website, coordinated by our team.
Step 3: Evidence Assembly & Case Building
Twelve sessions to gather, organize, and strengthen supporting evidence and the business story.
Step 4: Counsel Handoff
The complete file is delivered to independent immigration counsel.
Step 5: After Filing
We remain available to coordinate business strategy questions. Counsel owns the legal filing, any RFE, and any legal response. We do not promise approval.
Ultra Express: 5-Step Process
The same scope as Flagship, delivered in nine focused sessions, with no waiting period to begin. Incorporation, business plan, trademark, and website still included, on an accelerated timeline.

Expert File Revision & Polish
A critique and polish of an existing draft, or of an RFE package.
We do not rebuild the whole case.

- One revision round (you implement → we mark the result)
Turnaround
Pre-file review: 7–10 business days for the report, then 5 business days for the revision.
RFE review: 2–3 business days for the strategy read, then a short revision pass inside the remaining window. Send the RFE notice, the current draft, and the exhibits. We cannot start the 2–3 day clock without all three.
Limited slots each month. RFE files go first.
If the gaps on an initial petition are larger than a revision can fix, the full $6,000 credits toward Flagship ($17,500) in the initial 30 days. That is a credit, not a refund. The credit does not apply to an already-filed RFE. If an RFE file cannot be saved in one pass, we will tell you before you pay.
