Alexandra Merz
Founder & CEO
Alexandra Merz is the founder and CEO of L&F Investor Services. She worked in finance as a fund manager in Paris and in a senior role at a global rating agency, and has founded and operated companies in Germany, France, and the United States.
She relocated to the U.S. on an E-2 visa. Her work is business strategy, international relocation, and entrepreneurial EB-2 NIW coordination. She speaks English, French, and German.
Marie Hertrich
Senior Analyst
Marie Hertrich joined L&F Investor Services in 2021. Originally from Alsace, France, she moved to the United States in 2008. She has a background in customer service, education, and team leadership.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality administration and is bilingual in French and English. As a mother of four, she brings a practical reading of the immigrant family experience to client work.
Carolina Nieto
Analyst
Carolina Nieto joined L&F Investor Services in 2023. A native of Argentina, she holds a bachelor’s degree in education with a focus on English as a second language.
Before L&F, she worked in human resources and immigration coordination, including document work at a prior employer. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she manages client files and keeps communication with partnering law firms clear. She is a mother of two.
