Alexandra Merz is the Founder and CEO of L&F Investor Services. With a background in finance as a fund manager in Paris and a senior role at a global rating agency, she has founded and operated companies across Germany, France, and the United States.
She relocated to the U.S. on an E-2 visa and brings extensive expertise in business strategy, international relocations, and EB-2 NIW pathways for entrepreneurs. She speaks English, French, and German.
Marie Hertrich
Senior Immigration Analyst
Marie Hertrich joined L&F Investor Services in 2021. Originally from Alsace, France, she moved to the United States in 2008 and has built a strong background in customer service, education, and team leadership.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration and is bilingual in French and English. As a mother of four, she brings personal understanding to the immigrant experience and provides thoughtful, client-centered support throughout the EB-2 NIW process.
Carolina Nieto
Immigration Analyst
Carolina Nieto joined L&F Investor Services in 2023. A native of Argentina, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a focus on English as a Second Language.
She previously worked in human resources and immigration coordination, where she drafted, reviewed, and submitted immigration documents to USCIS. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she manages client files with precision and ensures smooth communication with partnering law firms. She is a mother of two.
